At Pink Tigress Home Fragrance, every product is carefully prepared, packaged, and inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of candles and home fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used, burned, opened, or damaged-by-customer items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want every order to arrive beautifully and safely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Returns
Because our products are handmade and used in personal spaces, all candle and home fragrance sales are generally considered final once shipped. We are unable to accept returns for scent preference, change of mind, or items that have been used, burned, opened, or altered.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow processing time based on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
